Microsite
It all lives on a microsite, where users can type in any question to unlock one of hundreds of pre-recorded videos of Nigel walking users through the different features. It turns the experience into a game of ‘is there anything the Note can’t do?”. And also Nigel will create hundreds of videos demonstrating new features—hosted on YouTube and on Samsung official website. For every other imaginable questions, Samsung will have pre-recorded answers, including ones with key features. And when new questions come up, Samsung can use Nigel to intercept questions and respond to them in real-time.

Nigel will have an appearance at the next launch to show live demonstration.
